Lesson: How to download PayPal Transaction History

1- Log into PayPal.

2- Click My Account > History > Download History

3- Select transactions and download

  1. Click "Custom Date Range".

  2. Specify a date range. If you have several hundreds or thousands of transactions to download, we recommend that you download using small time ranges. Otherwise, the PayPal site could take very long to download and could cause time out delays.

  3. For File types to download, select "Comma Delimited - Completed Payments.

  4. Check "Include Shopping Cart Details".

  5. Click "Download History". Thus will save the file on your computer.

  6. Use the downloaded file to import transactions into simplyFYI. Learn more.
